Now available is this Ferrari 355 Berlinetta which has been converted to Challenge Specification, finished in Rosso Corsa with Nero/Rosso interior.
In 2017 the current owner commissioned QV London to source a suitable 355 Berlinetta and build it into a club racer. This manual example was obtained from Japan and road registered for the UK shortly after its arrival before being completely stripped down.
Everything was built/rebuilt to Challenge plus specification and It has the following:
2 sets of Challenge wheels, 360 Challenge seats x2 plus 2x new 56 point harnesses, A bespoke cage that is stronger and stiffer than the original Challenge, explosafe foam filled fuel tanks, carbon fibre bonnet and front wings, Brembo Challenge brake calipers; new discs; new Challenge engine and gearbox mounts, New Motec ECU mapped to produce more BHP than 355 Challenge, power steering quick rack, servo brakes, Stainless bespoke exhaust @ 103 DB cold, removable steering wheel, re-wired with internal fuse box, fire system, belts kill switches etc, hydraulic hand brake fitted, Fixed bespoke headlamps with indicators retained behind front mesh grilles, Rear rain light and front and rear tow eyes, Lightweight door cards and poly-carbonate side windows with sliders, Racing battery, Centre stop single windscreen wiper, New bushes, bearings, pipes, wiring harness, clutch and New carbon adjustable rear wing.
The owner took delivery of the car in January 2017 and raced it for the 2017 season in AMOC Intermarque and in 2018 it was raced it in CSCC Modern Classics.
QV have looked after it mechanically since he took delivery and have run all the pre-race spanner checks, the car is on the button and ready to race immediately.
