The AMG GTR is Mercedes most recent contender within the lightweight sector of super cars. A car built to rival brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche, the GTR packs a mean punch with some serious performance figures. Much like the SLS Black Series the AMG GTR utilizes a track focused design with more agressive bodywork, carbon fibre and a rear wing for increased downforce. Although power has been increased from 510 horsepower to 585 over the standard AMG GT S variant, the car also features active aerodynamics, adaptive dampers, new suspension, active air control system, new alloys and active rear axle steering. Alongside jaw dropping performance and a monstrous design, the AMG GTR is one of the only lightweight supercars capable of delivering both executive comfort and track car capability.
