The DB9 was designed by Henrik Fisker and was first revealed at the 2003 Frankfurt motor show. The letters DB of course are the initials of David Brown the owner of Aston Martin for a significant part of its history. Although the car succeeded the DB7, Aston martin decided that DB8 would indicate the car was only fitted with a V8 rather than the now well known 6.0 V12.
This 2008 example is finished in Oynx Black with Obsidian Black trim with light grey stitching and Taylor grey headlining.
Factory options include Sport Pack which included a 10mm suspension lowering, faster steering rack, light weight 5 spoke wheels and thicker anti roll bars. Other factory options include Sat-Nav, DBS clear rear lights, Aston Martin Alpine premium audio system, Piano black dash inserts, front and rear parking assit, garage door opener, electric folding mirrors and auto dim mirror.
This car has a full service history and is complete with all books, tools, tyre inflator and spare keys.
