Delivered new to the USA in 2005, this tremendous example was optioned with Mark II Black exterior accompanied by painted silver racing stripes and Red brake callipers. The car features the highly desirable cast aluminium BBS wheels, 18” fronts and 19” rears.
The race based cockpit wears Ebony Black leather trim and as standard features the iconic carbon fibre Sparco bucket seats.
Shortly after its initial delivery to its first custodian in the USA, the Ford GT made its way to the UK’s shores and has remained here ever since. Having been supplied to its current keeper and maintained by Furlonger, this excellent example is well known to Furlonger and benefits from a recent service within our workshops. Despite covering under 300 miles since 2016, the GT has been meticulously serviced and MOT’d with no expense spared.

Inspired by the original, legendary GT40, the Ford GT was built to celebrate the company’s 100th Anniversary. Although similar in appearance, there were no structural similarities between the two cars. The Ford GT features a 5.4 litre supercharged V8, producing a potent 550 horsepower at 6,500 rpm! Coupled with the engine is of course a manual gearbox, retaining the traditional transmission of a thoroughbred race car.
