Ferrari 488 Pista Piloti – 80 Miles From New

Furlonger are pleased to offer this ‘as-new’ Ferrari 488 Pista Piloti, one of just a handful produced, and presented with a mere 80 miles on the odometer. This example is configured in Argento Nürburgring, one of four colourways made available to the original purchaser – being Rosso Corsa, Blu Tour de France, Argento Nürburgring, and Nero Daytona.

The Ferrari 488 Pista Piloti was exclusively offered to Ferrari racing drivers or clients who raced in Ferrari’s Corse Clienti programs, such as their Challenge series. Each Pista Piloti was finished with a racing livery inspired by the number 51 AF Corse car that won the 2017 World Endurance Championship (WEC), consisting of a Tricolore Italian flag striping across the bodywork and optional driver racing number. The car’s interior is clad with carbon fibre and upholstered in Alcantara with special embroidery including Tricolore details to match that of the exterior.

This UK-supplied Ferrari 488 Pista Piloti’s specification comprises of an Argento Nürburgring exterior, over a Nero Alcantara-trimmed interior with Rosso contrast stitching and embroidered headrest Cavallinos on the carbon fibre reclining bucket seats and a matte carbon fibre trim package. Each model has the original customer’s Corse Clienti racing number on the doors and steering wheel-base, with this example wearing number 38, in addition to the celebratory laurel reef on the bonnet.

Further Piloti features include carbon fibre front S-duct vent surrounds and rear wing, a stylish Italian tricolour design visible through the seat centre Alcantara perforations, with the Italian flag also being displayed on the paddle shift edges, and a unique identification plate. It rides on the highly desirable factory-optioned carbon fibre 20-inch wheels, over Rosso brake callipers and carbon ceramic discs, and fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres. Equipment includes dual-zone automatic climate control, front and rear parking cameras, carbon fibre aero, carbon fibre engine covers, and titanium exhaust pipes.

Accompanied by its original Silver Ferrari Clasische folder, handbooks and toolkit, the 488 Pista is complete with a maintenance history exclusively undertaken by Ferrari main dealers, with the balance of its 7-year service package.
