Salon Privé 2026 at Blenheim Palace was our most successful concours yet. Our 1994 Bugatti EB110 SS Prototype, the world’s only right-hand-drive EB110, won the Prix d’Honneur in the Concours de Vente as well as Best in Class. Our Pagani Zonda Apex Evo Roadster and Ferrari 575M HGTC each took Best in Class too.

Arriving in style: the Jaguar XJ220-C LM
We set the tone for the weekend by arriving at Blenheim in the world’s only road-registered Jaguar XJ220-C LM, the car that won its class at Le Mans in 1993.
It joined a display that ran from historic motorsport to modern hypercars:
- Bugatti EB110 SS RHD Prototype, a 1 of 1
- Pagani Zonda Apex Evo Roadster, a 1 of 1
- McLaren Senna finished in MSO ‘West’ racing livery
- Ferrari 575M HGTC, a rare GT racer
- RUF CTR3 in right-hand drive

Bugatti EB110 SS Prototype: Prix d’Honneur
The Concours de Vente is one of the highlights of the Salon Privé weekend. Every car on the lawn is for sale, and each is entered by one of the UK’s leading restorers and specialists. The judging panel this year included Richard Hammond, and they chose our EB110 SS Prototype as the winner of the Prix d’Honneur. The runner-up was a 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280SL from Bruce Greatham Classic Benz, and we congratulate them on a superb car.
This EB110 is the only right-hand-drive example in the world. Over the last two years our team has carefully refreshed it, both mechanically and cosmetically, in our own workshop in Ashford. Seeing that work recognised at the UK’s leading concours means a great deal to everyone involved.
What Richard Hammond said
Hearing Richard Hammond speak so passionately about the car during the award presentation was a highlight of the weekend:
“Top trump winner, those of an age will remember this was a winning card it has that legendary status forever… For us, it was the standout. The look, the feel, the condition, the crispness of it. It was kind of the obvious winner. It’s the only one we didn’t actually come close to fighting physically about. Absolutely congratulations, it’s a worthy winner.”
Thank you to everyone who helped bring this piece of automotive history back to its absolute peak.
Pagani Zonda Apex Evo Roadster: Best in Class
In a class that pitted Pagani against Bugatti, the one-off Zonda Apex Evo Roadster took Best in Class. Winning against cars of this calibre is a real honour.

Ferrari 575M HGTC: Best in Class
Our Ferrari 575M HGTC also won its class. It is one of the rarer GT racing Ferraris of its era, and it drew plenty of attention on the lawn.
A record year for Salon Privé
The 2026 event was a big one for Salon Privé as well. More than 30,000 visitors came across the week, with Saturday selling out. For the first time in the concours’ 21-year history, two Best of Show awards were given: the Concours d’Elégance went to a 1969 Lamborghini Miura P400 S, and the new Concours d’Excellence, created for modern collector cars, went to a 1995 McLaren F1. You can read the full results in Salon Privé’s own round-up.
Thank you, and see you in 2027
A huge thank you to our partners, clients and fellow enthusiasts who stopped by to share the passion with us, and congratulations to the Salon Privé team on another exceptional event. Salon Privé returns to Blenheim Palace from 1 to 5 September 2027, and we hope to see you there.
