Ferrari 355 GTB

This wonderful F355 GTB is finished in the highly desirable, collectable combination of Rosso Corsa over Crema leather interior.

The car was supplied new via Ferrari Stratstone on the 15th January 1997 to a Mr Smokar of Edgeworth, specified with Rosso carpets and Nero brake callipers.

The Ferrari F355 GTB possesses a documented history from new with multiple service stamps and invoices from both main dealers and reputable specialists. Complete with both keys, original fobs (including red master), original handbooks, service book, original order form, invoice from new and a supporting history file.

Furlonger has recently completed an all important sticky switch overhaul on all interior trim panels – a common issue which requires rectification on F355’s. The car will receive a service with cambelts prior to delivery within the sale price. 

This example has been cherished for the entirety of its life, with excellent bodywork and interior, giving the overall impression of a car that holds the ultimate balance of condition and originality throughout. Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 1994, the Ferrari F355 marked the return of a beautiful Ferrari after what some would call the brutally designed 80’s cars. An evolution of the 348 that was not only prettier but had superb drivability, improved performance and reliability. Apart from a small increase in engine displacement from 3.4L to 3.5L, the 355 saw the introduction of 5 valves per cylinder head. This new head design allowed for better intake permeability and resulted in an engine that was considerably more powerful, now producing 375 horsepower. The car was first available in manual transmission only, but followed with an F1 paddle operated transmission in 1997.
