With Ferrari's 16th win in the Formula One constructors’ championship they set out to develop a convertible variant of the incredible 430 Scuderia. Despite being 90kg heavier than the Scuderia, the 16M is still 80kg lighter than the original 430 Spider and with an increased power output there is a very noticeable difference. The 16M is of course equipped with the same standard equipment as the Scuderia, such as carbon ceramic brakes and the improved version of the F1 Gearbox which was also used later in the monstrous 599 GTO.
The 16M boasts a lightweight and hardcore aesthetic with features such as metal floors, light weight seats and carbon across the trim and elements of the bodywork yet has daily driver usability. This fantastic car has many positive reviews and is the missing link to any lightweight V8 collection.
