Our latest arrival for sale is probably one of the most significant UK right-hand drive 365 GT4 BBs in existence - the Earl's Court Motor Show Car.
Chassis #18145 was ordered new via Maranello Concessionaires (Order No. 800) in June of 1974. Finished in what is arguably the most collectible colour combination of Rosso Chiaro over a Beige leather interior with Beige carpets. 18145 was proudly displayed as the latest and greatest Ferrari 12 cylinder at the Earl’s Court Motor Show from 16th-26th January 1974 - evident from the original factory invoice and documented history.
This Boxer changed ownership a handful of times and was even repurchased by one gentleman who had regretted the decision to originally sell the car.
This car has recently undergone a nut and bolt, no expense spared restoration which lasted a total of 18 months behind the doors of the Ferrari factory itself, costing nearly €200,000! whereby Ferrari Certified Classiche, confirmed via its original matching engine, body and chassis etc. Also present is an extensive history file that includes numerous invoices for its restoration and servicing, MOT certificates and historic letters of correspondence.
Offered today in remarkable condition throughout, the 365 GT4 BB has covered just over 24,400 miles and is accompanied by its original tool kit, Jack, spare wheel and supporting documentation. The most sought after within the Boxer series, 1 of just 58 UK cars and likely one of, if not the best available.
