Now available is this stunning Ferrari 365 GT4 BB, finished in its original factory specification Azzuro Metallizzato with Nero Connolly leather interior.
This particular car was ordered new by HR Owen via Maranello Concessionaires on the 14th of August 1974, and delivered to London in January 1975 where it was then almost immediately shipped to Asia via Maranello Concessionaires Far East, Singapore. Chassis #18259 was believed to be delivered to a member of the Thai Royal Family, but was then imported back to England in the mid 1980’s by its second owner, a Mr Sonu Shivdanasi.
Mr Shivdanasi whom was only in his 20’s and already a car collector purchased the Boxer with just 1,550 miles and had it painted red. Among the history file with the Boxer is an email from Mr Shivdanasi confirming his purchase of the Boxer being from either ‘a Malaysian King or the Sultan of Brunei’. After havng the cars engine restored for the price of £2,253 in 1995, Shivdanasi then sold the car without having driven the car a single mile.
In 2001 the car was then sold to a Mr Paul Simon and in 2006 Francorchamps Motors of Brussels then carried out a Restoration before the car was then stored for almost a decade. In 2015 the car was returned to its original factory specification of Assuro Metallizato alongside having a full engine out re build by a well known Ferrari specialist.
Now available with its matching number gearbox we have fully inspected this car via the Classiche department which it can be awarded once the gearbox is fitted and various other minor works have been carried out.
This Boxer is a fantastic example and likely to be one of the very few low mileage cars available. Complete with a well documented history in a very desireable colour combination, this certainly is a car not to be missed.
